Residential Real Estate Still Photography
All still photography packages include professional re-touching of photos, blue sky replacement, fireplace and television content, and secure online access, 24/7. 0 - 5 photos (recommended for exterior-only or specialized shoots): $125 6 - 15 photos (recommended for homes up to 2,000 square feet): $195 16 - 25 photos (recommended for homes up to 3,000 square feet): $245 26 - 35 photos (recommended for homes up to 4,000 square feet): $285 36 - 45 photos (recommended for homes up to 5,000 square feet): $325 We recommend upgrading to the next level up if your home has extensive property, additional outbuildings, or other unusual details you would like captured.
Twilight Photography
Pricing includes 3-5 twilight photos that have been digitally retouched as needed. 3 - 5 photos: $125
Drone Aerial Photography
Capture the big picture of your property and showcase a beautiful exterior, provide the wide vistas of acreage or simply highlight a different perspective of the exterior! Still photography includes professional re-touching of photos and secure online access, 24/7. Aerial videography includes a short video edited for marketing purposes highlighting still aerial images and drone fly-over video. 5 - 10 still photos: $145 Aerial video add-on: $90 Please note that aerial photography and videography may not be available in some areas due to federal, state, and local regulations.
Prices include round trip mileage from Apple Valley, Minn. of up to 50 miles. Additional mileage may incur an extra cost.
